I stopped in while I was out running a couple errands, mostly because I needed to kill a little time before heading home, and I noticed the store looked really nice. The shelves were neat, and the aisles were super clean, which always makes shopping feel a lot easier

I ordered soil, mulch, and fertilizer from Calloway's site, and it was easy to find what I needed. My flower beds had been looking rough, and I was starting to feel trapped by how much yard work I’d been putting off. This stuff helped a lot, and everything looks way better now

I’ve been getting a bunch of my garden stuff from Calloway’s this spring, mostly soil, mulch, and those random little things you don’t realize you need until you’re already covered in dirt. I was relieved they had so much in one place, because I was starting to feel trapped in that loop of driving to three different stores just to find gloves, pruners, plant food, or some tiny hose part.

The tools I picked up feel sturdy, and the prices didn’t make me regret adding them to the cart. I also liked being able to grab veggie plants, flowers, and supplies without having to piece everything together from different places.

The website was simple enough to use, and my order showed up without any hassle. Nothing dramatic, which is exactly what I wanted. I’d definitely buy from them again when the garden starts demanding more of my weekend

The website said the item was in stock, so I went ahead and ordered it. Then later I got a message saying it wasn’t actually available. my gut feeling is their inventory system isn’t being updated properly. It ended up being a waste of time and frustrating

I ordered a pot and it showed up damaged, I think it was sometime last week or maybe the week before. I sent over a few pictures to support and they refunded me really quickly. No hassle at all, and the person I dealt with was actually really nice about it...

I do like earning points, and it feels good when they finally show up, but it can be a little confusing. Sometimes the rewards take a while to appear, and I start wondering if I did something wrong or if they even counted. It’s not a bad program, I just wish it felt more clear and consistent

The delivery order did arrive later than I expected, and I wish there had been clearer updates along the way. That said, the plants themselves were in good shape, so overall it was a decent experience

I was surprised by how many plants they had!!! Like... way more than I expected. I ended up finding a few that I seriously never see around here, which was super exciting!! Definitely worth checking out if you’re into plants...

I was surprised by how fast the checkout line moved. There were a few people ahead of me, but the staff handled it so well that I felt like I was out of there in no time. Smooth experience overall.

I had a good visit to calloways. To be fair, I went at a time when it wasn’t super packed, but parking was easy and I didn’t have to keep circling around, which I appreciated. The lot does get a little tight closer to the front, so I could see it being more annoying when it’s busy, but for my visit it really wasn’t bad at all.

I had them help put together a yard plan, and to be fair, the design ideas were decent. But reading between the lines, it felt like things got a little disorganized once the initial work was done. Timelines slipped, and I found myself following up more than I expected just to get replies. Not a terrible experience, but the communication definitely could’ve been better...

I really like stopping by Calloways when the seasons start changing. Their displays always give me ideas for my porch and flower beds, especially when I’m not totally sure what I want to plant yet. Everything is set up nicely, so it’s easy to picture how it might look at home. It’s just a fun place to walk around and get a little inspiration.

Most days their hours are fine, I guess. I can usually make it work. But after work? Nope. They really should stay open later because it’s frustrating when you finally have time to go and they’re already closed.

The staff was friendly and the whole thing felt easygoing, not like anyone was trying to sell me on everything. I picked up a few simple tips I can actually use in my yard, which was nice. One of the events did start a little late, and since I was already feeling pressed for time, that was a bit annoying, but overall I still had a good experience.
